Bridal Booking Policies
If you would like to book your wedding with us, we require the number of people and services they will be receiving. We then write up an invoice/quote and email it to you to look over. If you are happy with everything and wish to proceed on booking, that is when you can call with your deposit.
The invoice/quote is a guideline. Your party does not need to know exactly what they want, just an idea. If they change their minds you can call us the week before the wedding to make these changes.
To secure your wedding date and party, you must put down a 50% non-refundable deposit when booking. Your wedding date is not booked/secured until the deposit is paid.
As the bride, you are entitled to a complementary hair trial and a makeup trial at half price.
If you wish to use your trial as a way of deciding to book with us, you pay full price and the cost is credited back to you in the “balance due” portion of your booking.
The deposit is made up of 50% of the subtotal of your services. The balance due is made up of the other 50% plus taxes., due on the day of your wedding.
On the day of your wedding, please make sure everyone in your party arrives with dry hair. They will be charged for a blow dry service if not.
If your wedding is on location, the base fee becomes part of the deposit. The fuel fee is added to the balance due. (please see on location work for a better understanding of the prices)
If you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit is non-refundable.
If you wish to book your wedding on a Sunday, your party must meet the following requirements: you must have either 7 or more up-do’s OR 5 or more up-do’s and make-up.
After you’ve booked and paid your deposit, if the size of your bridal party decreases you are obligated to pay the minimum amount to meet the “Sunday requirement”.
If you wish to book your wedding on the Sunday of a holiday weekend, you must meet the above requirements and there will be a $20.00 per service – per person fee.
