Lockdown Update

Lockdown Update (as of June 19th 2021)

As many of you may know, we are currently closed due to the 3rd province wide lockdown.  Personal services are listed to open in Phase 2 which is 3 weeks after phase 1 (pending phase 1 goes well) That means we should be able to open JULY 2TH.

* As soon as we get word that we will actually get to open, The Curly Red Head Team will be working hard calling all the clients who were booked between April 2nd and the re-open date, to get them all rescheduled in the order they were once booked.

* If you were not originally booked between those dates & would like to be added to our        waitlist, please email us at: info@thecurlyredhead.ca with your name, number and what you would like done. 

Please be patient as we navigate through this current lockdown and into re-opening. We love you all and as always will make it our 1st priority to get you rescheduled when the time comes.

COVID-19 UPDATE

New Lockdown as of April 2nd 2021

Province wide lockdown announced April 1st. At this point, we’ve been told we are closed until May 20th. If you are booked between now and then, rest assured WE WILL call you to rebook. Please check your voicemail and e-mail junk box if you do not speak with us directly. 

If you should need to get in touch, please email us as we are not in the salon every day to check our voicemail.

Covid- 19 Procedures for Staff & Clients

Clientele

  • Please arrive with your own mask on
  • Please wait in your car or outside for us to call you in (we now send out texts telling you “we’re ready”)
  • Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering
  • Can only bring in with you, your keys, wallet & phone
  • Will be asked to wash your hands upon entering
  • Are welcomed to bring slippers as we will be asking you to remove your boots
  • Must fill out this HEALTH FORM no sooner then 12 hours before your appointment. If you answer YES to any of the questions, please call the salon-613.201.6079
  • Are asked to not touch the retail products and stay seated where directed, aside from using the washroom.
  • Are asked to pay with a card – no cash at this time
  • There will be a temporary $2.00 Covid fee on each bill to help with the added costs related to Covid-19. This will be removed once restrictions are lifted

Staff

  • Will be taking the self-assessment on the gov’t site each day
  • Are wearing a mask and/or face shield all day
  • Are washing their hands before & after seeing a client
  • Are asked to shower every day and have new laundered clothing
  • Are taking different lunch breaks from one another
  • Are sanitizing entire station after each client 
  • Are sanitizing all tools between clients
  • Are not providing beverages or magazines/books to any clients
  • Will get clients the products they wish to purchase
  • Have staggered shifts to limit amount of people in salon

Covid-19 Update

We are still closed due to Covid-19. If you have an appointment booked during this time, it has been suspended. Once we are told we can open, we will be calling clients in the order appointments were suspended to reschedule.

This is a difficult time for us all. Let’s just hope these measures are working well to get ahead of this and we can re-open soon. For more current updates visit our Facebook or Instagram pages.

There is also information on our voicemail when you call and we have return emails set up with up to date info. You can still book online as well, we have simply updates the available hours based on government advice.
